This Privacy Policy explains the practices of the technology provider operating the Psikometri platform and website regarding personal data collected from psychologist/clinic users who sign up for the platform and from site visitors.

With respect to clients' test responses and health data, the data controller is the Institution providing the service; the platform hosts this data solely as a "data processor" on behalf of the Institution. For details on client data, please refer to the KVKK Information Notice.

Depending on your use of the platform and site, the following data may be processed:

• Account information: full name, email address, phone number, password (stored as a hash)
• Institution information: institution name, institution code, logo and brand images
• Billing information: title, tax/national ID number, tax office, address
• Usage and technical data: IP address, browser/device information, session and activity (log) records
• Cookie and analytics data: Google Analytics measurements, subject to your consent only
• Communication and feedback content: support requests, form and feedback messages

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing the service, creating and managing your account
• Running subscription and billing processes
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse
• Handling support requests and communication
• Measuring service quality and improving the product
• Fulfilling legal obligations

Your personal data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK on the bases of performance of a contract (delivery of the service), legitimate interest (security and service improvement), legal obligation (records required by legislation), and explicit consent (optional processing such as analytics cookies).

Your data may be shared with the following parties to the extent necessary to provide the service:

• Infrastructure and hosting providers
• Email, SMS and messaging providers (for sending notifications)
• Payment and subscription service providers
• Analytics providers (only when consent is given)
• Advertising measurement provider (Meta Platforms): for sign-up and payment conversions, hashed e-mail/phone/name, organisation id, billing city/postal code, IP address, browser information and _fbp/_fbc identifiers — unless you have rejected marketing cookies (see Cookie Policy)
• Competent public authorities in case of legal obligation

Some cloud and analytics services we use may host servers abroad. Conversion data shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) for advertising measurement is also a transfer abroad. Such transfers are carried out in line with the conditions of Article 9 of the KVKK and appropriate technical/administrative measures; you can stop this transfer by rejecting marketing cookies.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for the periods required by the relevant legislation. At the end of the period or upon your request, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Technical and administrative measures such as SSL encryption, role-based access control, inter-institution data isolation, and activity audit logs are applied to protect your data.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, request correction, deletion or destruction, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing. You may submit your requests to the contact address below.
