Refund, right-of-withdrawal, and cancellation terms for paid subscription plans
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the refund, right-of-withdrawal, and cancellation processes for payments made on Psikometri's paid subscription plans. It supplements the Terms of Use and is prepared in line with Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Every organization that registers can use the platform without limits for 14 days without paying or entering card details. No amount is charged unless you move to a paid plan, so you can decide before you pay.
Under Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation and Law No. 6502, there is no 14-day right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
Psikometri is a digital service activated on your account immediately upon purchase, so it falls under this statutory exception.
Instead, Psikometri offers a 14-day free trial with no card details required, so you can decide before you pay.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops automatic renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you paid for, and your subscription ends on that date.
Regardless of which day you cancel, no refund is made for the paid period and no pro-rata refund is made for the unused time. The same rule applies to monthly and yearly plans.
Because you can use the platform free for 14 days before moving to a paid plan, you can make your purchase decision before paying.
That said, all or part of your payment is refunded in the following cases:
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops automatic renewal and no further charges are made to your card.
You keep full access until the end of the paid period; after that date your account switches to read-only: you can still view existing client records and test results, but cannot create new clients, tests, reports, sessions or users.
If you do not resubscribe within 7 days of entering read-only mode, the personal data in your organization's client records, session notes, assignments and reports is irreversibly anonymized and your account is suspended. If you resubscribe within that window, no data is lost.
To avoid losing data, we recommend exporting your client and report data before cancelling.
For refund requests relating to the cases listed in section 4 above, write to info@psikometri.app with your invoice and payment details. Your request is reviewed within 14 days at the latest and the outcome is communicated to you.
Refunds are issued to the card or account used for the payment. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank but is usually within 7-10 business days.
