Terms of Use

Psikometri service terms of use

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between the technology provider operating the Psikometri platform and the user (psychologist/clinic) who signs up for the platform. By registering for or using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Psikometri is a multi-tenant SaaS platform offering clinical management tools such as psychometric test assignment, automatic scoring, client management, session tracking, and reporting. The tools provided support professional assessment and do not replace the specialist's clinical judgment.

3. Account and Eligibility

The service may be used by professionals qualified to practice the relevant profession. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration, protecting the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The service is offered in free and paid plans. Usage limits in paid plans depend on the selected plan; billing follows the relevant plan and period. You may upgrade or terminate your plan in line with these terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops automatic renewal and you keep full access until the end of the paid period. Payment, withdrawal and refund processes are explained in detail in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

The following are prohibited while using the platform:

  • Use contrary to applicable law or the rights of third parties
  • Unauthorized access to the system or attempts to bypass security measures
  • Reverse engineering, extracting source code, or unauthorized copying
  • Excessive load, automated data scraping, or malicious software that disrupts the platform
  • Accessing personal data you are not authorized to access or using it for improper purposes

6. Client Data and Roles

With respect to the client data you enter into the platform, you act as the data controller and the platform acts as the data processor. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary information notices and explicit consents from your clients and for processing data lawfully.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the platform's software, design, brand, and content are reserved. The content and data you enter belong to you; the platform processes this content solely to provide the service.

8. Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen reasons. No absolute guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given; however, reasonable efforts are made to ensure service continuity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no liability is accepted for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Test results and automated interpretations are not a diagnostic tool and do not replace the specialist's clinical assessment.

10. Termination and Suspension

Your account may be suspended or terminated if these terms are breached. You may close your account at any time.

After a subscription is cancelled your account switches to read-only; if you do not resubscribe within 7 days of that switch, your organization's personal data is irreversibly anonymized and the account is suspended. Details are in section 5 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. For significant changes, you will be informed; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over the resolution of disputes between the parties.

These Terms of Use are binding on all users who register on the platform and are updated when necessary.
