About Psikometri
Psikometri is an assessment and clinical management platform that lets psychologists and clinics administer validated psychological scales to clients remotely, score and interpret results automatically, and manage the entire client process from one secure dashboard. Our goal is to reduce administrative burden so professionals can spend more time with their clients.
How it works
- 1The professional assigns a scale to a client, and a unique, client-specific link is generated.
- 2The client completes the test on their own device, anywhere; unfinished tests can be resumed.
- 3Results are scored automatically; the relevant severity band or personality profile is computed.
- 4The professional reviews the result and generates a professional PDF report in one click.
Scientific basis and responsibility
The scales on the platform are based on validated assessment tools widely used in the field, each processed with its own scoring logic (total score and severity band, multi-subscale profile, typology, or positive-item count). You can find detailed information in the scales catalog.
Scale results are not a diagnosis
No scale on this platform produces a clinical diagnosis on its own. Scales are screening and assessment instruments; results only support the clinical judgement of a licensed mental health professional and are always interpreted under professional supervision. The same warning appears on result screens and in every generated report.
Methodology: how we write the content and validate the scoring
Scale information content
The English catalog currently documents 51 instruments. Each entry explains what the instrument measures, who it is for, how many items it has, how it is administered, and how the result is interpreted. These pages are informational: they do not administer the test and never show its real items. For the 28 instruments whose source we could verify, we cite the original study or its Turkish adaptation. Where we cannot verify a citation, a date, or a reviewer, we leave the field empty rather than invent one.
Validating the scoring engine
A correct interpretation depends first on correct scoring. The whole scoring catalog — every scale's bands, subscales, option values, and risk rules — is checked by more than 800 automated tests before a release ships. These tests exist to catch the silent errors that escape human review:
- •Severity bands run without a break from the lowest achievable score to the highest — no gap and no overlap is left between two bands.
- •The declared score ceiling is recomputed from the questions themselves, verifying that the maximum a subscale claims is actually reachable.
- •Subscale bands may only bind to subscales that exist, and must cover that subscale's own score range.
- •Risk flags and positive-screen rules may only reference questions that are genuinely part of the scale.
- •Every answer option's value must be a finite number in a sane range; typology scales must expose a type for every subscale.
If any one of these checks fails, the change is not released. If you find an error in a scale's scoring, tell us — we fix it together with the test that would have caught it.
Copyright and licensing policy
11 of the instruments in this catalog are protected or licensed materials. Their real items, stimulus cards, target stimulus lists, and norm conversion tables are never published on any public page. That boundary is not left to good intentions: an automated copyright test scans the catalog text and blocks the release if such content leaks onto these pages. Stimulus images used during administration appear only inside the test flow; they are not published in the catalog and are excluded from web and image search. Obtaining the licensed material and holding the right to use it remains the responsibility of the practising institution.
Why Psikometri? (vs. manual management)
| Feature | Manual / Spreadsheet | Psikometri |
|---|---|---|
| Test delivery | Paper/PDF, handed over in person | Remote, unique link (email, SMS, WhatsApp, QR) |
| Scoring | Manual calculation, error and time risk | Automatic scoring, severity band and profile |
| Reporting | Manual writing, inconsistent formatting | One-click PDF, customizable branded templates |
| Client tracking | Scattered files and spreadsheets | Test history, status and sessions in one dashboard |
| Data security | Local file and sharing risk | KVKK-compliant, SSL encryption, role-based access, tenant isolation |
| Teamwork | Version and permission confusion | Multi-user, psychologist/assistant roles, audit log |
Security and KVKK
- •KVKK-compliant data processing and client consent flow
- •SSL encryption and role-based access control
- •Cross-tenant data isolation — every record is visible only to its own institution
- •Traceability through automatic audit logging
- •Each assignment opens through its own unguessable link; the person taking the test needs no account and no password
- •Test-taking and shared-report links are excluded from search engine indexing
For client test answers and health data, the data controller is the institution providing the service; Psikometri hosts that data solely as a data processor acting on the institution's behalf. We explain the purposes and legal grounds of processing in detail in our Privacy Policy, KVKK disclosure notice and Terms of Use.
